Cancelling a transaction

You have the right to cancel your order and return the item to the seller for a full refund, even if the item is not faulty in any way. To do this you must contact the seller within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and you must do this in writing. The seller can organise your refund or simply cancel the order if it has not been paid for.

Earrings Due to hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Please email me if you feel there is a fault, I will be happy to take a look and find a solution for you.

The buyer must inform the seller if they wish to cancel the order and they must do this in writing (email is sufficient). Sellers must provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any postage costs within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.  If the goods have not yet been sent, refunds must be provided within 14 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.

When contacting the seller, please state the order details (date of order, the username/email address you used to order, item name, quantity, price, etc.).

Personalised/ Bespoke /Commissioned Pieces

Due to the bespoke nature, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless found to be faulty. Please contact me so we can resolve.

Lost items

If the item is lost in transit then, unless proven otherwise, I will assume the contract is terminated and provide a refund or deliver the same item.
