Shipping Domestic

Stocked items will be posted within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for made to order pieces. Please contact me if items are needed sooner. Special orders and commissions may take up to 4-6 weeks. I have provided several UK postage options. Please consider using an applicable postage to the piece you are ordering. Higher value items will not be insured or delivery guaranteed if they are not sent by Recorded or Special Delivery. Items below £50 will be sent by first or second class letter /large letter post where possible. When Free UK postage is offered I will send items by the appropriate postage above, depending on their value/weight/size.

Your postage costs also include my packaging costs.

Shipping International

Due to Brexit and yet more changes, I am currently unable to sell to customers in the EU or Northern Ireland. My apologies.

Returns

Earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless found to be faulty, in which case a refund, replacement or repair may be offered.

The consumer has a right to return goods if they develop a fault within six months of receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, they may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement. 

Other items which are are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirement.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in same condition. Unless the seller has stated otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage. 

A full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage will be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.
